Boyfriend still lives at home?

My boyfriend is 21 and still lives at home. He tells me he is saving up his money for a house but every time he goes shopping he buys a big screen tv or clothes. His 18 year old sister already moved out and went to college. My bf didn't get a degree And doesn't plan on going back. He has a great paying job. He makes like $900 a paycheck. When I go over his house we are allowed no privacy at all. I'm 18 and my bf is allowed in my room. We have been dating for 2 years. His mom doesn't like me at all so I'm never wanna go over bc we don't get to be alone she is always right there and saying something ride or mean about me. Everytime I ask my bf when he is moving out he gets pissed. He doesn't pay rent or help out at all. He doesn't even pay for his cell phone bill. I pay for mine, I have a dog and even pay for all her shots and bills. What should I do about him?
