Functional Non Flat

Do you think people who can't afford to have children without assistance should be allowed to have children.?

Do you think that we should offer a flat payment to sterilize people who drugged out all of there lives and burned their brains out to the point they are non functional in society so that they don't reproduce.
Samain, do you mean people who don't have a brain to think with anymore should be able to make choices that force others to pay for? That don't seem fair.

I think there should be a stringent test for parenthood....the stupidest people have the most kids
