would a handheld sewing machine like this be ok for small crafts?
i like to make small dolls and other little cloth crafts. i want to buy a sewing machine but since my projects arent anything that would require an expensive big sewing machine i was wondering if this machine i found on ebay would be ok? if not does anyone have any suggestions for a good sewing machine for the type of projects i like to do? i just dont want to buy it just to realize it doesnt work for what i need it to do.

These little gadgets are a nightmare. Remember - if it sounds or looks too good to be true, it probably is not worth your time or money.
There are small sewing machines for making crafts that are not expensive.

If these are still too expensive, ask for one for your birthday.
