About laptop lcd screen. URGENT HELP?
I made a scratch on my laptop screen. So i went to a computer shop and ask the person to replace me a new screen . When i return home with the screen replace i still noticed there are scratches. My questions are ?
1) Did the person actually replace it?
or
2) I research from the internet and it tells me that there is outer layer of the screen call polarization( protector). Which means that i need to change it.
So which is true and i confused.
Well if there are scratches on the screen then they did not provide you with a new screen, they either didn't change the screen or provided you with a grade B screen. Scratches shouldn't matter unless they are large enough to bother you.
