Monitor DIMS when the laptop is PLUGGED?
Our Dell Laptop monitor dims when the laptop is PLUGGED and is bright as it should be when it is UNPLUGGED. I have tried checking Power Option in Control Panel, but it does not give me a choice of Power save, only the options of Turn off monitor, Turn off hard disc when laptop is plugged/battery operated. Anyone knows what to do??? Thanks!!!
hold down the Function key on your keyboard (fn) near the start button.
Hold function down then use the up/down arrrows
