Does a company have the right to review my expense report and tell me that I am an unhealthy eater?

My supervisor keeps telling me and my peers that we aren't eating healthy enough. He looks through our receipts and analyzes what we are eating on the road when on business travel. Does he have the right to do this? Isn't this somewhat an invasion of privacy? Could this go even further to affect my benefits with the company? (i.e. higher insurance premiums, etc)

I agree completely with TennesseeWhiskey696. Although it is not an invasion of privacy, what you eat is NONE OF HIS/HER BUSINESS.
