ipod touch question? what do you think?

so im getting an itouch 2nd generation and i wanna get like a screen protector. and i was thinking maybe the clear screen shield thingy or the mirror reflection one, but will the reflection one make the screen darker or anything? because i want to be able to see the screen clearly
