Can I use a Nintendo DS lite stylus and screen protector on my original Nintendo DS?

I'm trying to figure out if I can use Nintendo DS lite stylus and screen guard for an original Nintendo DS without damaging the screens. I'm wondering if I can use them for the original nintendo ds not the ds lite, dsi, or dsi XL.

Of course. The different stylus will not fit into the originals storage space however, so you will need to take extra care not to lose it.
