I Downloaded Runes of Magic and Crash at loading Screen?

I downloaded runes of magic and did all the updates and everything. I create my character and then enter the world. The loading screen comes up...goes about half way and crashes to my desktop. Does anyone have a idea of what i could do to fix this?

I downloaded the set up, but I couldn't install it. Do you need a disc for it?
--Probably your gaming system. Get a computer for gaming so it wouldn't crash.
