How do I get these things unstuck?
I stuck this webcam stand on the back of my monitor, and I can't seem to get it off.
The monitor is metal (aluminum to be exact), and the stand has a standard sticky backing.
I've tried dripping some Goo Gone over it, but that doesn't seem to help.

I would probably start by carefully slicing the adhesive with a single edge razor blade. After removing the mount, dampen a rag with a solvent - maybe alcohol - and rub the remaining adhesive away. Make sure the rag is just moist - not dripping!! It will take some time and some effort, but it should work.
